Every Online Church Book I could think of... what's missing?

I finished an early draft of a book on online church. The working title is "Thinking Digitally as a Church”.

I need your help! I'm working on creating a master list of similar books to see what has and hasn't been published. I have 31 books so far on my Google Sheet list. What books are missing from my list? I've listed books that are just in the area of thought and even some anti-online church types of books to understand the market a bit more.
