The Internet Isn't All Online

The internet is a network of networks. It’s virtual but dependent on physical servers around the globe. The internet isn't centralized in one place but decentralized on servers everywhere. Nobody can accidentally unplug the internet. I love this visual because online ministry done right is never solely focused online, but linked to an offline strategy. The power and the strength of online ministry is the tremendous digital reach combined with deep in-person connections. Don’t get too caught up on where the first touch point starts. Think about online ministry in light of how the internet works. The higher quality of the physical servers leads to better internet. Online to offline.
